Cleanup #218

I removed some Code which is not needed anymore, its commented out. There is some more stuff which might be removed but no big comment blocks anymore.

The Second commit message should be "removed GenericMIDI::noteOff, sorry for the mistake.

The commit messages might seem like i removed active code, but its all commented out. i just wanted to make clear in the commit message, what i removed.

One should keep a reference to these commits (squashed) to make the deleted fragments easier to recover of needed.

Git is our backup - if we need it back, checkout a commit before this merge and voila, the code is back, and ready for copy/pasta :) Will merge as is - looks a good tidy up - thanks @georgkrause
