Smoothing for discrete controls

This is the last PR for smoothing out all controls in Luppp. Until now this is only implemented for the FX-Buttons. So todo is:

• Snd-Buttons
• Key-Buttons (usually no one should hear this signal but for sure)
• Input Mix-Button

But i wont make this today and wanted to upload to get early feedback.

Hey @georgkrause, Thanks for your work on this - its a good addition to have properly smoothed faders. I'll merge this - I think there's a few cleanups / fixes that we can apply but we can merge this first. Thanks again, -H
