build: add install: true to executable in meson.build #263

Hey,

Thanks for the PR - indeed the meson based installation isn't ready for being the main build system for an official release yet. Note that the .ctlr resource files and some others must also be installed for Luppp to function correctly.

I'll merge this now, as its a good first step in that direction - thanks for contributing! -Harry
