Creating Quneo Ctlr File - used (default?) Ableton preset 9 #300

Add Quneo preset. Only problem i had was making a switch latching (press 1x = on, press 2x = off again). If this is possible i add a fix later on.

travis crashed again on:

Desktop file as first argument: "build/appdir/usr/share/applications/*.desktop"
ERROR: Desktop file in first argument does not exist!
The command "./linuxdeployqt-continuous-x86_64.AppImage build/appdir/usr/share/applications/*.desktop -appimage" exited with 1.

Also not related to my change

Thanks @Jee-Bee for the controller addition! I'll have a look at Travis sometime when I'm in the Travis kind of mood - apologies for the false negative results from the build.
