Trace indicator needs to be corrected for the sequence of regard-application #355

RegistryOffice -> AA:://v1/regard-application with 1.4 as trace-indicator but
AA further initiates the consequent request with "trace-indicator": "1.1" Prefix needs to be corrected. For example, in this case , the consequent request should have "trace-indicator": "1.4.1".
