Release new NPM package for the both onf-core-model-ap and onf-core-model-ap-bs.

[x] Update version number in the file server/applicationPattern/package.json to 2.0.2-alpha.2
[x] publish the package for onf-core-model-ap
In the file server/basicServices/package.json to 2.0.2-alpha.2
- [x] Update version number to 2.0.2-alpha.2
- [x] Update dependencies/onf-core-model-ap to 2.0.2-alpha.2
[x] publish the package for onf-core-model-ap-bs
[x] Merge the changes to develop branch

Issues identified in this alpha version shall be resolved and new npm package shall be published.
