Support version 2.1.1 changes

To completely implement the version 2.1.1 changes , the following tasks and their subtasks needs to be completed. All the tasks needs to be implemented , tested , reviewed and merged to the v2.1.1_impl branch.

• [x] #949 To implement /v1/register-yourself
• [x] #950 To implement /v1/embed-yourself
• [x] #951 To exclude OldRelease and NewRelease while updating the LTP
• [x] #952 To support new attributes to the callback ServiceRequestCausesLoggingRequest
• [x] #953 To support new API /v1/inquire-basic-auth-approvals
• [x] #954 To support new APIs in version 2.1.1
• [x] Include support for file-profile-configuration/file-name , integer-profile-capability/purpose

Regression needs to be performed for the following services ,
