Issue Description : In the Implementation of the /v1/inquire-oam-request-approvals service . we are using the forwarding "OamRequestCausesInquiryForAuthentication" to create a forwarding instance and to get a application-name , as per v2.1.0 specification this forwarding name is not supported.

Solution : as per specification of v2.0.1, forwarding which support for /v1/inquire-oam-request-approvals is " "BasicAuthRequestCausesInquiryForAuthentication"
