Currently, /v1/redirect-topology-change-information is updating the output fc-ports of following forwarding-constructs

ServiceRequestCausesLtpUpdateRequest
ServiceRequestCausesLtpDeletionRequest
ServiceRequestCausesFcUpdateRequest
ServiceRequestCausesFcPortUpdateRequest
ServiceRequestCausesFcPortDeletionRequest

This service shall also update output fc-ports of following forwarding constructs

OamRequestCausesLtpUpdateRequest
OamRequestCausesLtpDeletionRequest
OamRequestCausesFcUpdateRequest
OamRequestCausesFcPortUpdateRequest
OamRequestCausesFcPortDeletionRequest

Since it is a INVARIANT_PROCESS_SNIPPET, output-fc port uuid could not be updated. Hence closing the issue
