In the basic services , there is a a forwarding definition, const NEW_RELEASE_FORWARDING_NAME = 'PromptForBequeathingDataCausesTransferOfListOfAlreadyRegisteredApplications'; which which is not used by this application.

The definition and its usage shall be removed from the controllers/basicservices.js
