Unable to retrieve any live current-performance data using any current-performance APIs #847

When user tried to retrieve the current-performance for any device in live network, observing "500 Internal server error".

Tested with Test_v1.1.2 and able to retreive the current performance from live for air-interface, wire-interface and pure-ethernetstructure.
