ControlConstruct needs to be changed to allow for successful validation #857

The control construct validation fails due to several issues, therefore the MWDI OAS needs to be modified.

(Issue 1 was already resolved) See attached workaround file provided by Prathiba, which contains the required changes: MWDI.yaml.txt

Prathiba proposed to remove the CC (cache/live) validation. This is tracked in issue #858
