Provide testcase collection convenience services included in v1.1.3_spec #926

ressource path services will be tested as part of MDIP implementation and will not be covered here
will only cover acceptance testing, i.e. business logic of the services
continous integration tests (and also other testcase categories like e.g. performance testing) will be handled in separate issues

testcases will be provided for v1.1.3 spec, as responseCodes will be harmonized and new services will be added

Intermediate state already containing testcases for a subset of the convenience services. (Doesn't yet have result export like MDIP testcase collection.) Zwischenstand_23-04-2024.zip
