MWDI refresh functionality process to be defined after realignment process #971

MWDI is running with current connected devices from controller. Newly mounted devices into controller and this is fetched by MWDI realignment process where NP is not available. Now new devices are considered as priority devices, on the next realignment cycle still those devices are considered as priority devices.

Shared the total number of MWDI request initiated against one VM
