• [x] update MWDI ip to localhost
• [x] add new services bm-012 to bm-015 in serviceList
• [x] add new services bm-012 to bm-015 in configFile, forwardingList, OAS
• [x] update TAC: uuids, releaseNumbers, ip, ports
• [x] update entries for renamed AA
• [x] check if profiles/profileInstances and forwardingList need further updates
• [x] check necessary callback updates in OAS (e.g. for registration)
• [x] check if any other IPs need/can to be changed to localhost
