ScheduleKeyRotation shall retrieve integer-value from integer-name = timeInterval #331

We can see, in ScheduleKeyRotation module, the interval-time for scheduling the cyclic operation has been taken from the profile-instance where integer-value = maximumWaitTimeToReceiveOperationKey. Instead it shall be retrieved from integer-value=timeInterval
