Merging v2.1.1_impl to main branch

  • [ ] Create pull request to merge v2.1.1_impl branch to main branch
  • [ ] Create a tag v2.1.1_impl with the following details of the open issues in the version 2.1.1
  • [ ] Create a tag v2.1.1_test for publishing the test suites for version 2.1.1

Implementation of OperationKeyManagement2.1.1

This release contains, -implementation of the individual services -Basic Services incorporated from npm package onf-core-model-ap-bs+2.1.1-alpha.6c -Application pattern framework incorporated from npm package onf-core-model-ap+2.1.1-alpha.6c
