Service redirect-service-request-information is not working in testbed

When we send redirect-service-request-information the details of EaTL application will be updated in that particular application .

Problem : This functionality in RO is working fine in local but it is not working in testbed.

we redeployed the application on .71 testbed server and it worked fine
