contents of previous file will now be copied into the file on the new path

As per the decision in the issue https://github.com/openBackhaul/ApplicationPattern/issues/646 , putFileProfileFilePath will be replace with putFileProfileFileName in the upcoming new releases. Also , OAM request is to update the information in the configuration file and as per the specification , the consequence described in the description is not required. Hence closing this PR.
