/v1/bequeath-your-data-and-die shouldn't be addressed if the client application name is still OldRelease #401

Issue Description : As per OAS , /v1/bequeath-your-data-and-die will not be sent, if application-name in -http-c-or- == OldRelease . This functionality is not working in server side.

Solution : To modify /v1/bequeath-your-data-and-die implementation so that it will not be addressed if the clien application name is still OldRelease. The details of OldRelease application can be fetched from the forwarding PromptForEmbeddingCausesRequestForBequeathingData
