Remove creating a Link in ALT as AP://v1/inform-about-preceding-release is now unprotected

This issue is required after removing the ApiKeyAuth security at AP://v1/inform-about-preceding-release in ApplicationPattern Issue#934.

Changes:

- and consequent callback to TAR

- change operation-key from "Operation key not yet provided." to "n.a." at all occurrences of CTRL+f "operation-name": "/v1/inform-about-preceding-release" (OperationServer and OperationClients)

- delete request CreateLinkToGetOldRelease in callback ApprovingApplicationCausesPreparingTheEmbedding
- delete security: apiKeyAuth: [] statement at path /v1/inform-about-preceding-release
- remove description "description: 'This request is initiated by receiving /v1/update-operation-key of {$request.body#application-name}://v1/inform-about-preceding-release'" in ApprovingApplicationCausesPreparingTheEmbedding.RequestForOldRelease
