In the /v1/regard-updated-approval-status , all the expected requests are executed as expected with correct payloads and trace-indicator.
There is one small correction required in the trace-indicator of the /v1/add-operation-client-to-link for creating the link for the /v1/update-client-of-subsequent-release between RO and the approved application.
The trace-indicator shall be based on number of forwarding that involved in the forwarding-construct ApprovalNotification.
