string-profile could be defined for /v1/update-client, /v1/update-operation-client and /v1/dispose-remainders-of-deregistered-application

In the implementation of /v1/regard-updated-approval-status, the uuid(s) of /v1/update-client, /v1/update-operation-client and /v1/dispose-remainders-of-deregistered-application.

Similar to https://github.com/openBackhaul/AdministratorAdministration/issues/377, we can define string profile for each of the above operation-name(s) (/v1/update-client, /v1/update-operation-client and /v1/dispose-remainders-of-deregistered-application ).

Adding string-profile affects the following files

• OAS : string-profile paths definitions shall be added to Oam Layer
• profileInstances.yaml : StringProfile shall be added to each op-c
• profiles.yaml: String profile definition shall be added
• config.json: StringProfile shall be added to each op-c
