To include the server and client stub #17

Since this application is going to have both server and client side in the same

[x] Rename the folder "server" to "impl"
[x] Add two folders named "server", "client" inside the "impl"
[x] Create a .gitignore file to exclude the server/node_modules , client/node_modules

Server side stub

[x] Generate server stub for the version 1.0.1 specification
[x] Copy the genrated server stub to the impl/server folder

client side stub

[x] generate a react stub by using the command "npx create-react-app client" (npx is the prerequisite)
[x] copy the generated client stub to the impl/client folder
[x] Include the "react-sequence-diagram": "^0.0.12" as a dependency in the package.json
