When a new application is regarded to TAR ,

[x] the callback /v1/regard-updated-approval-status is not sending correct operation-name for the attribute response-receiver-operation.
[x] Also the process-id received from the /v1/regard-updated-approval-status needs to be documented to the application-data in the same case.

Both of the above cases needs to be corrected.
