AirInterfaceCurrentPerformance::currentPerformanceDataList #30

The currentPerformanceDataListis empty, when collecting performance data is not active at the device. NETCONF does not represent an empty list. In some NETCONF server implementations it seems to be impossible to represent an empty class (still compliant with RFC 7950 chapter 7.5.7). If no solution on the implementaton side is found, adding an additional attribute to the AirInterfaceCurrentPerformance class would be a workarround.

AirInterfaceCurrentPerformance::numberOfCurrentPerformanceSets : Integer added.

AirInterfaceCurrentPerformance::numberOfCurrentPerformanceSets has already been added to UML and YANG. Existing implementations are basing on the corrected YANG.
