time-of-latest-change: wrong type #35

The following time stamps have type string but should have type yang:date-and-time:

air-interface-current-problems/time-of-latest-change
air-interface-historical-performances/time-of-latest-change

In the UML it's fine. In the YANG reference it's also fine (no change required).

air-interface-current-problems::time-of-latest-change and air-interface-historical-performances::time-of-latest-change have been changed towards DateTime in the UML, which translates to date-and-time in the already provided YANG. Existing implementations are basing on the corrected YANG.
