air-interface-2-0:air-interface-configuration::receiverIsOn=true cannot distinguish between information about feature support and operational configuration even after implementing the new concept of an abstract Configuration class.

Decision on the 5G-xhaul-call on 19th of May 2021: For being able to properly interpret the receiverIsOn attribute an air-interface-2-0:air-interface-capability::receiverOnOffIsAvail=false attribute shall be added.
