After centralized Alarms could be specified and reviewed by vendors the following changes can be made at the technology specific modelling:

Delete AirInterfaceCapability::supportedAlarmList attribute
Delete AirInterfaceConfiguration::problemKindSeverityList attribute
Delete ProblemKindSeverityType datatype
Delete SeverityType datatype
Delete AirInterfaceCurrentProblems, CurrentProblem classes
Delete AirInterfaceCurrentProblemType datatype
Delete ProblemNotification notification
