Question to Config.powerIsOn #57

When shutting down (Admin State=down) the AirInterface would it be possible to set powerIsOn=false. If not how can we shutdown the entiry air interfaces

We will verify the Vendor implementations and will come back. Then let's see, how to proceed.

Remark: The actual attribute description is: "Power ON. Activation of the entire radio in a split mount configuration shall be expressed as a 'true'."

Decision made during the 5G-xhaul call on 13th September 2023: The comment at the AirInterfaceConfiguration::powerIsOn attribute shall be changed from "Power ON. Activation of the entire radio in a split mount configuration shall be expressed as a 'true'." to "true = The power to all physical components required for this AirInterface instance is turned on.".
