If a device supports more than 1 XLTS threshold for a combination { level-threshold-second-kind , granularity-period } then it is not possible to identify the affected threshold if the level (xlts-level) is changed.
The reason is that xlts-level is part of the xlts-threshold-cross-alarm-list key so that a changed xlts-level is understood as referring to a new instance.
One solution might be to introduce a number (similarly to acm-threshold-cross-alarm-definition-number) and add it to the key of xlts-threshold-cross-alarm-list.
