(Not-)Support of queue utilization performance values to be clearly indicated #27

ContainerCurrentPerformanceType::ContainerPerformanceType::queueUtilizationList list attribute not just to be disregarded in case hardware does not support the queue utilization performance attributes.

Decision on the 5G-xhaul-call on 12th of May 2021: One instance of QueueUtilizationType to be created for every queue supported by the hardware. Respective queue names to be re-used. Default values at the remaining attributes could indicate that these are not supported by the device. (Existing UML already contains a corresponding comment at the queueUtilizationList attribute and presumably existing implementations are already implementing this proposal.)
