The scheduler-kind-configuration-is-avail capability indicates whether "the kind of scheduler can be configured individually at every interface".

Does this refer

to the explicit configuration through scheduler-kind in queue-behavior-list or
to the assignment of a scheduler-profile or
to any of them?

Decision made on the 5G-xhaul call on 18th of May 2022: Adding a EthernetContainerCapability :: schedulerProfilConfigurationIsAvail : Boolean [1] = false attribute with comment "This attribute has to be set on 'true', if referencing a scheduler profile at the individual interface is supported."
