Administrative and Operational State at CurrentPerformance are somehow misplaced, maybe redundant.

Potential Solutions:

It had been decided to remove these attributes from all interface models. Corrected in UML and YANG (e.g. MacInterface_1.0.0-tsp.200123.1415+yang.4).
