oversizedFramesIngress shall be made available as an un-reset counter.

Proposal: The MacInterfacePerformanceType::oversizedFramesIngress to be copied into MacInterfaceStatus::oversizedFramesIngress, but datatype to be changed from signed INT32 to signed INT64.

Decision at the 5G-xhaul call on Tuesday 2nd of September 2020: The MacInterfacePerformanceType::oversizedFramesIngress to be copied into MacInterfaceStatus::oversizedFramesIngress, but datatype to be changed from signed INT32 to signed INT64.

Updating UML and YANG required.

Has been solved with MacInterface_1.0.0-tsp.220314.1200.
