Request update from int16 to int32 for committed/excess/peak burst size #5

It is requested to update the following parameters type from int16 to int32 in order to satisfy the device requirements:

committed-burst-size
excess-burst-size
peak-burst-size

Decision made during the 5G-xhaul call on 9th of November 2022: Size of the Integer of the following attributes shall be increased from INT 16 to INT32:

committed-burst-size
excess-burst-size
peak-burst-size

Changed to INT32 at the three attributes in UML.
