"queue-depth-list" is not a list #9

The queue-depth-list in the qos-profile-configuration grouping/container is defined as container but should probably be a list (according to name and comments).

Decision made at the 5G-xhaul call on 1st of June 2022:

QosProfileConfiguration :: queueDepthList [1] to be changed to QosProfileConfiguration :: queueDepthList *[]**
