Check the multiplicity of rxLevelCurList[0..4] and receiveSignalIsDetectedList [0..11] #36

During closing the issues, we were wondering why it is two different maximum numbers of rx signals. It is to be double checked, whether rxLevelCurList[0..4] has to be changed to rxLevelCurList[0..10 or 11].
