After centralized Alarms could be specified and reviewed by vendors the following changes can be made at the technology specific modelling:

Delete WireInterfaceCapability::supportedAlarmList attribute
Delete WireInterfaceConfiguration::problemKindSeverityList attribute
Delete ProblemKindSeverityType datatype
Delete SeverityType datatype
Delete WireInterfaceCurrentProblems, CurrentProblem classes
Delete WireInterfaceCurrentProblemType datatype
Delete ProblemNotification notification

Solved with WireInterface_2.0.0-tsp.220314.1810 release.
