performance-monitoring historical and current counters have been removed by wire-interface. Accordingly also the following parameters should be removed:

performance-monitoring-is-avail (capability)
performance-monitoring-is-on (configuration)
performance-monitoring-is-up (status)

The information reported in previous point are not correct. Performance-monitoring historical and current counters have been NOT removed from wire-interface. No action required. The issue can be closed.
