White navigation screen after connecting the phone. #18

Hello

After starting the intelligent-auto application, the graphical interface starts up. After connecting the phone, I get a white screen. Has anyone had such a problem and knows how to solve it?

I throw logs from the beginning of turning on the application to turning it off.

Yes it's been seen by quite a few people. Try changing from RT audio to Qt audio and see if that fixes it for you.

Did you reboot the pi after the initial dash install? Some of the configuration that needs to be setup requires a reboot before being able to successfully run openauto.

Did you build qtgstreamer from source or did you install a package from somewhere?

Disabling RT Audio fixed the white screen issue. Thank you ;)

Sorry guys, but how do you change to Qtaudio?

You just uncheck RtAudio in the Openauto settings. It will default to that.

Now are you having the white screen issue? Are fully up to date on raspberry pi updates? If both of those are true then, RtAudio won't fix the white screen...you'll have to downgrade your firmware. There is a newer issue created that has the exact commit to roll back to.
