REST: Query specifications should reference Definitions

Reading the spec for query api: https://www.openehr.org/releases/ITS/latest/docs/query.html#query it is not clear how stored queries are created. A mention/reference to Definitions would help the reader.

I agree this would be useful, it would be good to get examples of current vendor approaches
