adding smart app launch #97

@sebastian-iancu should I setup a simple preview url for PRs, or should we be merging at regular intervals and getting feedback from the community?

@sidharthramesh , you can now deploy to github pages from that branch; this way the html can be checked regularly while in progress, and once the first draft is done we can merge it to master and becomes readable "normally" through specifications website.
