change region-to-region notation #20

As discussed via email earlier and seconded by Sandrine, the region-direction convention Region A to Region B to Circuit 1 is not intuitive. We should rather use Region A to Region B specifically Circuit 1 (i.e., Region A>Region B|Circuit 1.
