Is this true that all non-biomass waste is a fossil resource?

In any case, please do not use abbreviation, so replace "bio" by "biomass".

I changed the description to refer specifically to fossil waste in the examples given.

If you think that this is useful, should we also add "Other|Non-Fossil" so that the two can be aggregated up to "Other". And will it always be possible to clearly distinguish between Fossil and Non-Fossil other electricity generation in practice or in model-land...
