Update electricity-grid.yaml #344

I suggest to change the unit of the variable Network|Electricity|Capacity from MW to GW in order to be consistent with the unit of Capacity variables which is GW. This will simplify eg the conversions from a dataset where some capacities are given in MW and other in GW
