move Terrascope registration from authentication to federation docs #24

As discussed in #7: move terrascope registration details from authentication to federation docs

FYI: I'm also checking internally if this

Go to the Terrascope portal, click the 'sign in' menu item at the top

can be done with a directly link (because currently that "sign in" link is a dynamic one)

Should we still mention it with a link in the auth docs? The 'if you plan to use...' will basically be true for like 99% of early adopters, given that the majority of datasets are in fact Terrascope/Sentinelhub.

Yes, a link from there makes a lot of sense!

Yes! The link is called Terrascope registration. Should it point towards #terrascope-registration?

I kept it generic by pointing to the parent '#registration' section
