document new registration procedure #60

Documentation on registration still mentions early adopters, and update to reflect the more simple eoplaza procedure.

@bschumac @dthiex this will be new registration procedure, feel free to review already, but it would also be convenient if we just merge the page without adding it to navigation, so we can properly see the rendered version?

@bschumac if no further comments, I think we should go ahead and merge. Testing shows that this is already a lot better than the current situation, which is giving is quite a bit of trouble due to a number of projects that have been starting, with new users trying to register as a consequence, and then ending up with an incomplete account.
