remove early adopter from navigation, it no longer exists #62

Pull request to remove early adopter registration page from the navigation.

Shall we immediately also clean up the page itself? Any chance of having broken links?

Yes, clean up seems good with a redirect: https://github.com/openEOPlatform/documentation/blob/main/.vuepress/enhanceApp.js#L7 Maybe point both redirects then to the free tier?

@jdries I also had this on my to do list for a while and went ahead with most of the update (I hope you don't mind). How I see it the only thing left is to update the Terrascope registration page here: https://docs.openeo.cloud/federation/#terrascope-registration I guess most of it can be removed but you probably still want to let people know how they can connect their existing Terrascope accounts to their Platform account.

Thanks, I merged it now. I did not realize that this was referenced from so many places, but that explains why I encountered a few users that were confused. This also is enough reason for me to merge this immediately, and both operational backend providers seem to agree.
