Document file format usage #63

This PR adds an info page about common best practises when working with different file formats. I decided to create a new page as the currently available file format pages (linked at the bottom of the new page) have the focus on the federation aspect whereas the recommendations here are more general. Open for other suggestions though where to best put this.

Merging this as it improves the documentation and we can always improve it further later.
